Techniques used: Slow, deep pressure and friction.
Best for: Chronic muscle pain, injury recovery, and tight areas like the neck, shoulders, or back.

What it is: A detailed, clinical form of massage that treats the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction by addressing trigger points, posture, and biomechanics.
Techniques used: Precise, sustained pressure on specific muscles and soft tissues.
Best for: Chronic pain, nerve compression, postural issues, and injury rehabilitation.

SWEDISH MASSAGE (light pressure)

Best for: Stress relief, muscle tension, and first-time clients.

What it is: Focuses on tight muscle knots (trigger points) that cause pain in other parts of the body.
Techniques used: Firm pressure on specific points.
Best for: Localized pain, chronic tension, and referred pain issues.

PRENATAL MASSAGE

What it is: Designed for pregnant people to relieve common pregnancy discomforts.
Techniques used: Gentle pressure, side-lying positions, and support with pillows.
Best for: Pregnancy-related aches, stress, and improved circulation.

MASSAGE THERAPY ADD-ONS

CUPPING

What it is: A therapeutic technique that uses suction to draw blood flow to the surface and release muscle tension.
Techniques used: Cups (glass, silicone, or plastic) are applied to the skin to create suction, sometimes moved across the body (dynamic cupping) or left in place (static cupping).
Best for: Muscle stiffness, circulation, detoxification, and fascial release. Often leaves temporary circular marks.

CBD LOTION

What it is: A massage enhanced with CBD-infused lotion to support relaxation and reduce inflammation.
Techniques used: Can be combined with Swedish, deep tissue, or other modalities, using CBD topicals to target specific areas.
