I am a somatic practitioner and provider of 10+ years and believe deeply in the power of body based therapy for healing and growth. It is my honor to offer bodywork/massage therapy, energy work, trauma touch therapy, breath work and movement experiences to the community. I discovered my love of body-based therapy in 2014 during a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Three Sisters Yoga in Manhattan. After that certification I went on to teach yoga in New York, Colorado and Costa Rica. I am relentlessly passionate about the study of holistic healing through somatics and I learned so much about powerful space holding and teaching skills from my time as a yoga teacher. After completing my Bachelor's degree in New York City, I went on to graduate from the Colorado School of Healing arts in June of 2017 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. During the 700 hour program at CSHA, I studied modalities such as Swedish, Deep-tissue, Neuromuscular and Sports massage. I also completed a specialty certification in pre-natal massage to honor my love and admiration of the divine feminine. In March of 2017 I completed The Prison Yoga Project Training with James Fox where I studied trauma-informed yoga therapy and learned to work with incarcerated, institutionalized and heavily stressed populations. I also completed training in Trauma Touch Therapy at Colorado School of Healing Arts. In June 2017 I received my Level I and II Reiki certification to facilitate healing of the energetic body. I received an additional 200-hour Yoga Teaching certification in the specialty of Hot and Hot Power Fusion Yoga through Core Power Yoga in Boulder, Colorado in December of 2017. I have been receiving somatic counseling for over 8 years and this modality has deeply impacted how I work with clients. I have studied Ecstatic dance with the power house Malaika Darville and tantra with the deeply divine duo Homa and Mukto and both of these practices define my work. I completed my Revelation breathwork certified facilitator training in 2020 and love incorporating power breathwork techniques into my various offerings. I have also served 250+ clients in my role as a somatic coach and facilitator and have deep experience working with folks using my full tool belt of somatic processing and healing skills. Finally and maybe most importantly, I have studied extensively at the “school of life” and pull from the experience and the deep knowledge I have acquired over the years while working with clients but also my self. I am constantly learning, expanding and deepening my knowledge to be the most effective and transformative catalyst for my community.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 12 years of experience in the healing arts. I graduated from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in 2013 after completing 900 hours of training. Since then, I have dedicated myself to holistic, therapeutic care that integrates body, mind, and spirit.
I specialize in a wide range of modalities, including Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, Myofascial Release, pelvic alignment, cupping therapy, and whole-body integrative massage. I have also pursued training in Neuromuscular Therapy and whole-body structural alignment and corrective work, enabling me to address chronic tension and postural imbalances at their source. Additionally, I am skilled in sports recovery and rehabilitation massage therapy, supporting athletes and active clients in recovering from injuries and improving performance. I have honed the ability to identify patterns in the body’s neurological cross-chains and use specialized methods like Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) and Muscle Energy Techniques (MET) to correct imbalances and restore healthy movement. My touch is adaptable—I can provide exceptionally deep pressure for those who need it, or scale down to gentler, more technical work for sensitive or rehabilitative cases. Depending on each client’s needs, I seamlessly blend sports modalities with other techniques for a comprehensive session, or I can focus an entire session solely on sports-specific work.
My work is rooted in a deep reverence for the body’s innate intelligence and capacity to heal. I honor the mind-body-spirit connection in all of my sessions and am Reiki Level I & II certified, incorporating subtle energy work to support healing on every level. Every technique I use—whether physical or energetic—is done with mindful intention, nurturing the whole person. As a women’s practitioner, my journey has also led me to train extensively in shamanic traditions. I have studied with Lakota Sundancers and shamans of the Andes, sat in numerous sweat lodge ceremonies, completed two vision quests (Humblecha), and participated in other rites of passage that shape how I show up in sacred service. Through my company, Root of the Womb, I facilitate women’s circles, drum journeys, fire ceremonies, breathwork sessions, and guided meditations—all with the intention of creating transformative, empowering spaces for healing and growth.
My approach to bodywork is both deeply therapeutic and intuitively grounded. I blend technical skill with spiritual presence, tailoring each session to your unique needs and intentions. I enhance sessions with tools like a vibroacoustic massage table and an infrared BioMat to create a nourishing, immersive healing experience. More than just massage, each session becomes a ceremony of renewal. I am committed to holding a safe, supportive space for your healing journey, wherever you are on your path.
